2022 Subaru WRX vs 2022 Honda Civic Si

Power & Performance
This year the Subaru WRX received a new 2.4L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine capable of generating 271 horsepower alongside 258 pound-feet of torque. Compared to the Civic Si, which is powered by a 1.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that only generates 200 hp and 192 lb-ft. of torque, it has a huge advantage. That's made even more apparent by its ability to accelerate from 0-60 miles per hour in 6.1 seconds compared to the Civic's 7.1s time.

Connectivity & Tech
On the inside of the vehicles, both are equipped with plenty of great content and amenities. The Civic Si does offer a slightly larger trunk, but the both offer a ton of the same great features as one another. However, the WRX does offer standard foglights, a pair of USB charging ports, heated front seats, a power-adjustable driver's seat, dual-automatic climate control and an 11.6" display audio screen, all of which surpass what the Civic Si has to offer.

Driver Assistive Safety
When it comes to advanced driver assistive safety technologies, both models are relatively similar to one another. If ever there was a suite of safety technologies that could give Subaru Eyesight a run for its money, it would certainly be Honda Sensing. EyeSight comes standard on the GT trim level and is available on the Base, Premium and Limited trims. Honda Sensing on the other hand comes standard across the board.
