For the 2022 model year, a few new features and changes were made to the Legacy. The Base trim level, for example, now features standard 17" black alloy wheels with a machine finish. The Premium trim adds rear ventilation within the center console as a standard feature to enhance climate control throughout the interior of the vehicle. These are the two main updates for the 2022 model year, but there is plenty more about which to get excited.

There are six different trim levels in which the 2022 Subaru Legacy is available. Things kick off with the Base trim, then move up to Premium, Sport, Limited, Limited XT and Touring XT, progressively adding more content to its suite. There are four unnamed option packages available in the vehicle, adding things like Blind-Spot Detection with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert and Keyless Access with Push-Button Start to the vehicle, among others.

Always one of the highlights of any Subaru vehicle is the inclusion of the EyeSight Driver Assist Technology suite of advanced safety features. The suite is standard across all Legacy trim levels for 2022 and includes technologies like Advanced Adaptive Cruise Control with Lane Centering, Lane Keep Assist, Pre-Collision Braking and Pre-Collision Throttle Management. These technologies deliver a sense of security each time you hit the road.
